Lightspeed 0.0.8 Released

2026-09-26

Hello,

I'm happy to announce the release of Lightspeed version 0.0.8 for all testers. Please see my previous blog post for the majority of the highlights.

Apart from what I mentioned there, Explorer has now got a properties dialog (a little different than that in windows explorer, allowing you to alt enter on a folder to get its size for example). Issues with refresh have also been fixed, since you weren't ending up on the right item or sometimes had entirely stale folders (whoops...).

Enjoy!
